Anneva Recirculated 1 Week Rack Hire
Cost: $100 per week + 10% commission on sales
Your rack includes:
- One week rack hire (Thursday ~ Wednesday)
- Space for up to 50 garments
- Room for shoes and handbags
- Swing tags and barcode labels
- Professional merchandising
- Sales processing and customer service
- Exposure to Anneva customers and Clare Valley visitors
- EFT payout of your sales

Step 2 ~ Complete Your Forms
Please complete the following forms:
🔗 Personal Details Form (google forms)
🔗 Inventory Form (google sheets)
Please open the inventory document and save a copy as:
Inventory Form - First Name Surname (eg. Inventory Form - Sheri Dixon)
Your Inventory Form should include all clothing, shoes and handbags you plan to place on your rack, along with their sizes and selling prices.

Once completed, please email your Inventory Form to:

Step 3 ~ Prepare Your Items
Please make sure your items are:
- Clean and freshly washed
- Free from stains and marks
- Free from strong odours
- In excellent condition
- Ready to sell
Step 4 ~ Drop Off Your Items
When you reply with your Inventory Form, please let us know your preferred drop-off date and time.
Please allow approximately 30 minutes for drop-off to:
- Place your items onto the supplied rack and hangers
- Arrange them in the same order as your Inventory Form
This helps us tag your items quickly and accurately.
What Happens Next?
Once your rack starts, we'll:
- Display your items in-store from Thursday morning
- Promote Anneva Recirculated on social media
- Help customers find pieces they'll love
- Process all sales
- Pack down any unsold items ready for collection
- Email you a sales summary
- Process your payout
Important Collection & Payment Information
Please collect any unsold items by 5pm on the Thursday after your rack week.
Payments are processed on Friday after collection.

- Seasonal pieces usually sell best
- Price realistically
- Include a mix of basics and stand out pieces
- Quality over quantity
- Freshly presented items always make a great first impression
Don't worry if your garments become creased during transport ~ we'll give them a quick steam if needed.
