Anneva Loyalty Program

How do I join the Anneva Loyalty program?
Create a customer account with Anneva and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' on the bottom of your screen. All rewards, accounts, sales history and discount codes are unique to your email account.

How do I earn Anneva loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, in store and online*. After each purchase, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Instagram and referring friends. Your points will not expire so you can use them whenever is most convenient to you. (* selected promotions or sales may not earn loyalty points.  It also excludes shipping costs).

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by signing into your Anneva account. Each time you make a purchase, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.

How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you will receive an email with the option to redeem your individual discount code.  When redeemed, you can use this discount online or in store (we can also redeem them in store for you).  Please note, you can only use one coupon code per order.

Anneva reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards or the loyalty program at any time.  Any modifications will always have prior email warning.
